2 Days Safari Tsavo East is the most popular safari to experience Kenyan wildlife, especially when starting from the coast, from towns like Watamu, Malindi, Mombasa or Diani.
Known as the “theater of nature”, Tsavo East is home to elephants that simply cannot resist rolling in the red earth. To clean and cool themselves they constantly spray each other with water from the Galana River.
This is the largest protected area in Kenya where wildlife thrives in their numbers.
Itinerary
- Departure from your hotel at the sea at 0600hrs.
- Arrival at the Ngutuni reserve at 1000hrs.
- Photo safari until 1200hrs. Lunch and relax.
- At 1430hrs travel to Tsavo East.
- From 1530hrs photo safari until sunset, dinner and sleep.
- The next morning wake up and photo safari from dawn until 0800hrs for breakfast.
- After breakfast another photo safari for half a day for lunch.
- After lunch a safari towards the exit scheduled at 0300hrs.
- Arrival home at 1800hrs
