Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara
In the morning you will depart from Nairobi to Masai Mara National Park, one of the most interesting places in Kenya.
During the months of July, August and September you will have the opportunity to witness an extraordinary spectacle of migration, while in December and January you can experience the opposite phenomenon. These are the best months to visit the park, when you can observe hundreds of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles and antelopes crossing rivers and fleeing from predators. Crocodiles and big cats are ready to hunt, while hyenas and vultures wait for the remains.
Arrive in Narok for lunch in this friendly town before continuing to Masai Mara for your first sunset safari.
Dinner and overnight stay in a lodge or tent camp.
Day 2: Full-day safari in Masai Mara
Departure at 6:30 after breakfast for a full-day safari.
This will be a unique opportunity to observe wildlife in full swing, with a lunch break in the middle of the savannah, including a packed lunch. In the afternoon, the safari will continue until sunset, offering further opportunities to observe animals.
Return to the lodge or tent camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Visit to Lake Nakuru and photo safari
Departure at 6:30 am and after breakfast departure to Lake Nakuru .
Arrival at 12:00 directly to the lodge for lunch and rest.
At 3:30 PM, departure for a safari to Lake Nakuru, which is known for its large population of rhinos and thousands of pink flamingos that live here.
After sunset, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Exploring Amboseli National Park
After breakfast at 0630hrs, depart to Amboseli National Reserve where you can admire the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro towering above the savannah.
Arrival at the lodge/camp at 1300hrs for check in, lunch and rest.
At around 1600hrs, depart for your afternoon game drive safari till sunset.
Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Taita Hills
At 0630hrs in the morning you will set off on a morning safari in Amboseli, which will last until approximately 0830hrs.
You will then head to Taita Hills , arriving at approximately 1130hrs for a game drive that will last until 1300hrs.
After lunch and rest, then depart for the next game drive safari at 1600hrs till 1800hrs
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Optionally, you can go for a night game drive safari at 2030hrs, accompanied by a ranger, to observe nocturnal fauna.
Day 6: Final Game Drive Safari & Transfer
Depart at 0600hrs for an early morning game drive safari for 3 hours.
Return to the lodge/camp for breakfast.
Depart to your next destination (your coast beach hotel or to Mombasa airport (Moi International Airport -MBA) for your return back home)
