Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Tsavo West
At 5:00 AM you will depart from your village towards Tsavo West National Park . Arrival is scheduled for approximately 10:30 AM and your first game drive will begin immediately afterwards, during which you will have the opportunity to explore this vast park and observe the local wildlife. At 1:00 PM you will arrive at the lodge, where you will have dinner and rest.
In the afternoon at 4:00 PM you will embark on another safari to discover the “ Rhino Sanctuary ”, a reserve at the foot of the Ngulia Hills, where an electric fence protects the last rhinos from the threat of poachers.
After sunset, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Amboseli
After a hearty breakfast, you will depart at 6:30 am and continue your safari to the famous Mzima Springs , which produce 350 million liters of water daily. Here you will have the opportunity to see hippos, crocodiles and fish, as the Tsavo River flows underground.
At approximately 10:30 AM you will leave Tsavo West and head towards Amboseli National Park (approximately 60 km). Arrival is scheduled for 12:00 PM, where you will check into a lodge or tented camp, enjoy a hearty lunch and relax by the pool with views of Mount Kilimanjaro .
In the afternoon at 3:00 PM you will set off on another safari that will last until sunset.
Day 3: Amboseli – Taita Hills
After breakfast at 6:30 AM, you will set off on a game drive that will last approximately 2 hours, until 9:00 AM. You will then leave Amboseli and head towards Taita Hills Game Reserve , arriving at 11:30 AM.
The safari in this reserve will start immediately and will last until 1:00 PM. After lunch and rest in a stilt hut, you will set off for an afternoon safari at 4:00 PM, which will end at sunset.
At 6:30 PM you will return to the lodge for dinner. In the evening at 8:30 PM you will go on a night safari accompanied by an experienced ranger, which will last until 10:30 PM, so you can observe animals active at night.
Day 4: Taita Hills – Tsavo East
At 6:30 in the morning you will set off on another safari in Taita Hills, which will last until approximately 10:30 a.m. You will then leave the reserve and head towards Tsavo East National Park , the largest park in Kenya, arriving at 11:00 a.m.
Once you arrive at the park, a new safari will begin, lasting until lunch, which will be served at the lodge or camp. In the afternoon, at 4:00 PM, you will depart for a safari that will last until sunset.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Last adventure in Tsavo East and return
After breakfast at 6:30 AM, you will set off on the last safari, which will last until 11:00 AM.
You will then leave Tsavo East National Park and return to the village or lodge, arriving around 1:00 PM, just in time for lunch.
