1 day Safari Tsavo East is a popular and action-packed day trip from the Kenyan coast, offering an excellent opportunity to spot diverse wildlife, including the iconic “red elephants”.
This is the largest protected area in Kenya where wildlife thrives in their numbers. Giraffes, rhinos, lions, buffaloes, gazelles, antelopes, zebras and leopards roam the park.
Itinerary
- Departure from your seaside hotel at around 0500hrs
- Two hours drive from Watamu / Malindi or three hours drive from Diani to get to the park entrance.
- Start photo safari and lunch at midday.
- A second photo safari and exit at around 1500hrs.
- Arrival at the hotel at 1800hrs.
